The registration fee for participants includes:

• Admission to the Conference and all scientific sessions
• Registration material with name badge, final programme and a copy of the abstract issue of Endocytobiosis and Cell Research
• Bus transfer to and from the hotel
• Welcome Reception
• Work lunches
• Coffee breaks (soft drinks, coffee and tea) during the mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks
• Ticket for public transportation within Freiburg, valid for the duration of the conference
• Farewell Reception

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Welcome Reception
• Admission for the coffee breaks
• Ticket for public transportation valid for the duration of the conference
• Farewell Reception

 Confirmation

Beginning in early March 1998 all registered participants will receive an itemized list of payments received and the Third Circular including a short version of the final programme.

 Cancellation

Due to the necessity for advance planning and the binding commitments required of us, a full refund can only be given for cancellations received before February 6, 1998. There will be a DM 100,- processing fee for all cancellations received thereafter. No requests for refunds will be considered after March 15, 1998.

 ISE-Membership

The conference registration form can also be used to apply for 1998 ISE-membership. A reduction of DM 110 (full membership) or DM 68 (membership at reduced rate) will be given to those participants who pay their 1998 membership fee simultaneously with their conference fee.
